Our company is jointly owned by one of the largest Music Recording Studios in Los Angeles and the United States, Paramount Recording Studios.. Most of our properties are all walking distance to beach and to shopping. They also have been painstakingly renovated with care and taste. The kitchens have all top of the line appliances: Wolf/GE stoves, Sub Zero/GE refrigerators, Meile dishwashers, and some units have their own washer/dryer.

Beautiful hardwood floors, travertine tiles and designer sinks are in most of our places.
