There is also a common inside stairway that connect the 2 floors..

If you need more room there is a separate 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house at the rear of the property available..

The bungalow was all recently renovated with two nice full kitchens that has higher-end appliances..Refrigerators with ice makers, dishwashers, and gas ranged/stoves.. New tiled bathrooms, new wood, tiled floors.

This unit is on the 2nd floor above another 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in a bungalow duplex building. This unit is newly renovated and has a nice new kitchen with new appliances, romantic fireplace, beautiful new tiled bathroom, and washer/dryer in unit..There are also light wood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings in the living room area..The unit is also air conditioned..

Wonderful stay at this beautiful cozy pad in Venice. Ideally located minutes away from all the restaurants and shops of Abbot Kinney and also the buzz of Main Street.
Sally and Mike are the perfect hosts and dealt with any queries or problems we had immediately.
You won’t find a better place for this budget. Or a better location. Great place. We’ll be back.

The apartment was nice and clean and located conveniently. Parking was easy. Our only issue was that we had no heat and Southern California gets surprisingly damn cold in December. Mike was very responsive and did his best to fix the problem right away. Overall a good experience.

With my wife and 5 months old baby, we were very happy to find such a good home. This is one of the best place of L.A. I think. It was my first time in US, and I guess I made a very good choice by renting Sally’s home. Big enough for a family, even with babies. Good kitchen, big living room. Nice chemine for romantics like US :)) Very close to beach, Venice and Santa Monica. I recommend for everyone! Thanks.

Sally and Mike was great. This beach house was perfect, great standard, awesome location close to Abbot Kinney. I stayed here for almost 4 weeks, and I would definitely stay here again if I can.

Our stay at Breeze ave was great, location is amazing!!!! Communication with Mike and Sally was easy, even though our booking was very last minute.
The downfall of the property is the bed, too old, squeaky and sheets are very worn. An easy fix though. We stayed for 12 days so it wasn’t that much of a burden.
We would definitely stay there again for a short visit.

Mike and Sally were fantastic. Not only did they find a place for me last minute but a great place! Even met me late due to my flight. The apartment was great and could see the beach from my window. They have great properties and look forward to calling on them next time I am in town.
