In this nice 3 bedroom 2 bath is an open concept design with the kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan..The unit has a large master bedroom with a private bathroom, also a wet bar/efficiency kitchen that has a small refrigerator and sink. In addition, there is a small balcony for a front row seat to some of the best people watching in the world….The other two bedrooms each have small decks off of each bedroom.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances; double door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, large built in microwave, and a gas range/oven.

Central air conditioning..

There is also a great roof top deck that has ocean views, room for a BBQ, and patio furniture..

Awesome apartment just one block from Venice beach Boardwalk. Also 5-10 minute walk to Abbott Kinney, the “hippest street in the US” with its shops and restaurants. Clean, fresh, all the amenities you need – great wifi and satellite TV (direct TV with dvr) and parking space. To top it all off a beautiful roof deck to enjoy some relaxation away from the nearby fun. We stayed with two young children and was safe, clean and easy week with them.

My family came over from Portugal for my wedding and stayed for a week. The house is located by the beach and there are a bunch of interesting things to do nearby. It is very well equipped and I would definitely recommend staying there. This is a great place to stay!

We had a great stay at the Venice Beach house. Sally and Mike provided adequate instructions and contacted us to see if we had any questions. The place is very close to the beach and is ideally located. The place is very comfortable and had everything we need for a party of 7 people. Parking was large enough for a full size SUV, which was very useful given the potential parking issue in the area. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and would recommend it to others.

Very nice stand alone 1 bedroom 1 bath PLUS LOFT BEDROOM beach bungalow guest house that is located 1 block to the beach and to all the great shops and restaurants that are along Abbot Kinney Blvd.

This bungalow also has a mini gourmet kitchen with high end appliances; stainless refrigerator, Wolf stove, Meile dishwasher, and a filtered water system. There are vaulted ceilings, wood floors, and a small private deck area.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful cozy pad in Venice. Ideally located minutes away from all the restaurants and shops of Abbot Kinney and also the buzz of Main Street.
Sally and Mike are the perfect hosts and dealt with any queries or problems we had immediately.
You won’t find a better place for this budget. Or a better location. Great place. We’ll be back.

The apartment was nice and clean and located conveniently. Parking was easy. Our only issue was that we had no heat and Southern California gets surprisingly damn cold in December. Mike was very responsive and did his best to fix the problem right away. Overall a good experience.

With my wife and 5 months old baby, we were very happy to find such a good home. This is one of the best place of L.A. I think. It was my first time in US, and I guess I made a very good choice by renting Sally’s home. Big enough for a family, even with babies. Good kitchen, big living room. Nice chemine for romantics like US :)) Very close to beach, Venice and Santa Monica. I recommend for everyone! Thanks.
