Everything was perfectly organized (and I am a German, so I know what I am talking about :-). I stayed for a month and the location and neighbourhood were great. Venice is a lovely place and the house is well located, nearly everything in walking distance, a good Whole Food Market a 5 min. drive, never-ending beaches and beach walks. Make sure the car you rent isn’t too big, the provided parking (really helpful) fits mid-size car. Overall, in my view, amazing value for money.  Thank you Sally and Mike, keep it the way it is.

Located on a quiet and safe Walk Street that is only 40 steps to the sand, and a block to nice restaurants and shops that are along Washington Blvd.

10 minute walk to Abbot Kinney restaurants and shops also.

Situated in a 1960’s 3 unit apartment building on the 2nd floor. The unit has wood floors, new full kitchen. new tiled bathroom, and a small balcony with chairs and a BBQ. Also in the apartment there is a queen bed, a dining table for 4 persons, plenty of storage and closet space, a 25″ TV with Direct TV, High Speed Internet, and local telephone service.

We have all quality linens and towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs and beach towels..We supply all paper products, body soap and hand soaps.

Parking is available for an additional cost

Sally & Mike they are very helpful, the studio is in a very good location, with $1 you can go to Santa Monica in 15 Min, $1.5 you can go to Marina Del Ray in 10 Min, Beach view is very nice, I spent 50 nights with my wife in the studio, If we will visit LA again we will consider renting the same Studio if available.

The Beach Cottage is a magical place. It sits just 30 steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean at night. It was built in the 1920’s and has been in the same family for 60 years. Its located on a quiet pedestrian walk street. It has been completely renovated with all the modern conveniences.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout, fireplace, private courtyard with a outdoor  area nice for a table and a BBQ. There is an outdoor shower also. 

The kitchen has all high end appliances; Sub Zero refrigerator, Meile dishwasher, Wolf stove, and a filtered water system.

The neighborhood is the best area of Venice beach, very quiet and safe. A 1 minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, and shops on Washington Bl.. Santa Monica pier amusement park and 3rd Street Promenade shopping Mall is a 10 minute drive, the Marina Del Rey is 2 blocks away, the historical Venice Canals are 1 block away, and we even have a great surf spot a block away.
