How to Book
We require a refundable security deposit and 50% of the rent due to make a reservation.
The balance is due three weeks prior to your checking in. We then will send you the check-in instructions, maps and driving directions.
Security Deposit Amounts:(Weekly Rentals)
The Bungalow Duplex property is $500 per unit.
The Beach Cottage is $750
The Beach Duplex is $750 for the 4 bedroom and 3 bedrooms units, $500 for the Studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom units.
The Modern Home is $2500
The Canal View Home is $2500
The Marina Beach Home is $2500
The Mid-Century home are $750.
The security deposit is refunded to you a week after your departure and after all cleaning and inspections have been completed.
Once you have contacted us to make sure we have the dates available we will prepare a rental agreement. Its important that you list all persons that would be staying and their ages. We also do require you send in a copy of your ID, drivers license, or passport.
Extra Guest Charges:
We charge $25 per person per night extra when additional guests stay.

Bungalow Duplex 2 bedroom 1 bath loft has over 3 persons,

Beach Duplex 3 bedroom has over 5 persons
Beach Duplex 2 bedroom has over 4 persons
Beach Duplex 1 bedroom has over 2 persons
Beach Duplex Studio apartment has over 2 persons
Modern Beach Home has over 5 persons
Canal View Home has over 4 persons
Marina Beach Home has over 5 persons
Mid- Century home has over 6 persons
We can provide extra air mattresses if needed.
We have a 3 night booking minimum.

We also charge the local city residential occupancy tax of 14% on the rental amount.
House Rules:
There is no smoking allowed inside our properties. You may smoke on the decks, patios, and garden areas. There is a $1000 cleaning charge if smoking does occur inside a property.
We are a no party house. We do not allow parties, gatherings, loud behavior to occur on our properties. This is because of neighbor issues, possible property damage, and city ordinances. If a party, gathering, or disturbances does occur you will be asked to leave at once and will also forfeit your security deposit. If the police are called out for a disturbance there also could be a $1500 citation given.
No animals are allowed unless you have written consent from us and have paid the necessary additional deposit and $300 fee.
Cancellations require a 60 day notice to have your deposit refunded in full and if times are re-booked. If less than 30 days are given to cancel reservation, 50% of your deposit can be refunded if times are re-booked. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, no deposit is refunded. There is also a $100 cancellation service charge.
