Unit with deck and loft: $3750 per week $600 per night, $9500 per month

Unit without Deck and loft: $2450 per week, $400 per night, $6500 per month.

Studio: $850 per week, $250 per night, $2500 per month.

Discounts available for booking whole property..

$200 exit cleaning fee for 3 bedroom units and $95 for Studio Apartment..

$200 cleaning fee unit without loft and deck.

Local city tax

$1500 refundable security for week stays in either of the 3 bedroom units. Deposit is higher for longer stays.

$500 refundable security for Studio Apartment for week long stays, higher for longer stays.

Rates are based on a 4 person stay in the 3 bedroom with loft, 5 persons stay in other 3 bedroom unit, and 2 persons in the Studio unit. Additional guests are charged $25 each per night.
