Situated in a 1960′s 3 unit apartment building on the 2nd floor. The unit has wood floors, new full kitchen. new tiled bathroom, and a small balcony with chairs and a BBQ. Also in the apartment there is a queen bed, a dining table for 4 persons, plenty of storage and closet space, a 25″ TV with Direct TV, High Speed Internet, and local telephone service.
We have all quality linens and towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs and beach towels..We supply all paper products, body soap and hand soaps.
Bicycles and parking can be made available but are not included.

Rates
Peak Summer and all holidays. May 1st to Sept 30th
$1000 per week or $2650 per month
Off Peak: Sept 30th to May 1st
$750 per week or $2350 per month
Rates are based on a 2 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25 each per night.
$85 exit cleaning fee
$350 refundable security. Larger deposit required for longer stays.
