This unit is on the 2nd floor above the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit in the front main bungalow building. It has a nice new kitchen with new appliances, beautiful new tiled bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the 2nd very small bedroom, and a single bed sofa bed in the living room. We can also provide a twin roll away bed.
There is a plasma TV with Direct TV in both the living room and the main bedroom, High Speed Internet, fax machine, DVD, local phone service, beach chairs/umbrella, and quality linens and towels are provided.
We can also arrange bikes rentals for $50 per week.
We have parking for a small sized car.
Rates
Off Peak: October 1st to April 30th (Except for Holidays)
$1150 per week or $225 per night
Peak: Summer and All Holidays: May 1st to September 30th
$1450 per week or $250 per night
$125 cleaning fee.
Rates are based on a 2 person occupancy, extra guests are charged $25 per night each.
Parking available for small car
$500 refundable security, larger deposit required for longer stays.
