$950 per week, $195 per night, $3000 per month.
Off Peak: Sept 30th to May 1st
$800 per week, $150 per night, $2350 per month
Holidays are the same rate as Peak Summer.
Rates are based on a 2 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25.00 each per night.
$95.00 exit cleaning fee
Local city tax
$300.00 refundable security for week longs stays, deposit is higher for longer stays.
