This 7 bedroom Beach Property one of our most popular properties. This is located in one of the best Venice Beach locations.. Close walk to Abbot Kinney Blvd shopping and Marina del Rey restaurants. It can sleep up to 22 persons if needed..

This property consists of a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 1st floor and a 4 bedroom 3 bath unit on the 2nd floor. On the 3rd floor there is a great roof top deck that has ocean views, a BBQ, and lots of patio furniture.
Both units and the whole building were recently renovated with new wood floors throughout, all new kitchens with Higher-End appliances, new decor/furnishings, and new tiled bathrooms..
In the 3 bedroom unit the kitchen, dining area, and living room are an open floor plan..There is a dining table that would fix 6 persons, and a breakfast bar that would fit another 4 persons..There is a large master bedroom with a king bed that has a private bathroom, a wet bar/efficiency kitchen that has a small refrigerator, sink, toaster oven, and microwave. There is also a small balcony with 2 chairs..The other two bedrooms have queen beds and a small deck with 2 chairs off of each bedroom. In the living room there is a queen sofa bed..There are three plasma TV’s in this unit; 42″ in the living room, a 32″ in the master bedroom, and a 19″ in one of the other bedrooms..All the TV’s have Direct TV Satellite..The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances; double door refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, large built in microwave, and a gas range/oven. Central air conditioning is available..
In the 4 bedroom unit the kitchen, dining area, and living room are also an open floor plan like the 3 bedroom downstairs..The dining table fits 6 persons and the breakfast bar fits another 4 persons..There is an even larger master bedroom in this unit that has a queen bed, a twin sofa bed, a large walk-in closet and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin beds, the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room..In the 4th bedroom there is another efficiency kitchen that has a small refrigerator, sink, microwave, and a 2 burner stove. Also in this 4th bedroom there is a balcony with ocean views that has 2 chairs. There are three plasma TV’s in this 4 bedroom unit; a 42″ in the living room, a 42″ in the master bedroom, and a 32″ in the 3rd bedroom..All the TV’s have Direct TV Satellite. The kitchen is exactly the same as the 3 bedroom unit downstairs, with all stainless appliances; double door refrigerator, dishwasher, built in large microwave, gas range/oven..Central air conditioning is available..

Rates are based on a 12 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25 each per night.
