Quality linens and towels are provided, and the kitchen has all cooking utensils included.
Bedroom setup: Master bedroom has a king bed, bedrooms #2 and #3 both have queen beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room..We can also provide a twin roll away bed and Pack N Play crib if needed.
Rates:
Peak: (May 1st to Oct 1st)
$1850 week or $6500 month
Off Peak: (Oct 1st to May 1st)
$1450 week or $4500 month
Rates based on a 4 person stay. $25 per night extra change for each additional person that stays over 4 persons. No charge for infants.
$125 exit cleaning fee
14% local city tax
$500 refundable damage deposit for week long stays. $2500 deposit for month long stays.
Bike rentals $50 each per week.
